Our mission is to celebrate art while protecting the artist.

1. Your Art, Your Ownership

• The Rule: You (the student) keep the copyright to your work.
• Our Role: By uploading, you give CreativeAddon a “Digital Hall Pass” to show your art in our galleries. We will never sell your artwork to third parties or use it for “AI Training” without explicit, separate permission.

2. The “First & Last” Name Rule

• Default Privacy: To keep you safe, your work will only be labeled with your First Name and Last Initial (Example: Maya R.).
• The Exception: Full names are only displayed if your parent specifically checks the “Full Name Opt-In” box for special awards or exhibitions.

3. The “Double-Gate” Security System

• No artwork goes “Live” on the public wall immediately.
• Gate 1: Your parent must sign the Digital Media Release.
• Gate 2: Your teacher must perform a “Final Safety Check” to ensure the content is school-appropriate.

4. No Secret Data Collection

• We do not track your location or sell your data to advertisers.
• We only collect what is necessary: your name (for the credit), your teacher’s name (to find your class), and your parent’s email (for safety approvals).

5. The “Permanent Eraser” Right

• You are in control. If you or your parent decide you no longer want your art online, you can delete it from your dashboard instantly.
• Once deleted, it is scrubbed from our active servers. Privacy is a right, not a request.

6. A Positive Environment Only

We only display work in a “Good Content” context—meaning we highlight your talent and your growth as an artist.on service.

This is a “Bully-Free Zone.” Comments and “feelings” shared about the class are moderated.
